FAQ
How do I choose photos for the album?
Once you have purchased your chosen album, you’ll receive an email with a link that’ll take you straight to your online gallery. Then, simply flag the images you want included in your album, and I’ll get to work!
I can’t choose between my images, I love them all. Can you help?
Yes – we can have a 1-hour zoom call to select the images for your album together. Just drop me an email to book in.
NB To recieve your album before Christmas, you will need to have finalised your image selection by 8th November.
Can’t I just get my photos printed on the high street or online?
Of course, you can! The difference is that high street and online print services won’t personally design your album, review your images and give you a high-quality end product. Automated services mean you don’t get the eyes of several professionals on your photos to tweak the colours and ensure the best possible finish. They also won’t print your images using archival quality ink.
If budget is a barrier, I recommend going for our minimalist album, which will give you the personalised professional eye over your images before they go to print. Ensuring your photos look just as good in print as they do on screen, AND ensuring that your investment lasts a lifetime.
Why do your albums cost more than a high street retailer?
They are handmade heirloom pieces, using the best quality materials, made by people who are all paid a living wage, employed by a company that pays their fair share of tax. I only work with suppliers that have the same ethical values that. Ido.
What happens if I don’t print my images?
I keep your online photo gallery open for 18 months from your wedding date. After that, you can pay to continue having them safe on my cloud, but honestly, the best place for your photos is with you. In your home, printed and ready to be enjoyed whenever the moment takes you.
Do I get to see my album design before it’s printed?
Yes indeedy! I will put together a draft design for you and upload it to your wedding photo gallery. You will then be able to provide feedback on the design.
The design will need to be finalised by 19th November to recieve the album before Christmas 2021.
Can I choose the layout of my album?
Yup. Once you’ve chosen your photos, I’ll mock up a design and send it to you for review. Here we can tweak which pictures go where, the size and the sequence of your images until you’re completely in love with the layout.
Included in the price of your album is one round of changes. Additional rounds of changes will be charged at £40 each. Your album will only be sent to print once you have fully signed off on the design and are happy as larry!
Can I order additional albums?
Yus! If you want extra albums either as gifts or for yourself, we can add them to your order. If you stick with the design and layout of your original album choice, then this is super cost-effective as I’ve already done all the design work for you. Additional albums are discounted by 50% from their non-sale price.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is included in your album price. There are no hidden fees here, nope siree!
How are the albums delivered?
The album will be shipped directly to your front door via courier.
How long will delivery take?
Once you have approved the design, your album will be sent for print. Your album will take up to 4 weeks to be printed, hand-folded, hand-bound, hand-covered, quality inspected and then shipped safely to your door.
